Cleaning/Damage Use Fee
Please submit this fee along with the required Liability Waiver form. Completed forms can be emailed to downarda@pantheremail.com or hand-delivered to the Pinnacle Secondary Office.
Important Notes:
All facility use applications expire at the end of each school year (June 30) and must be renewed annually.
Facility use is subject to current and future school activities. The school will not schedule around your activity, so applicants are responsible for confirming availability with the school before each use.
