Please round up your amount when getting approval.
RAMP virtual card amounts will not merge together.
Form 1095-B will not be automatically mailed. To request a copy, please email Ashley or Melissa. Forms will be available by January 31 or within 30 days of your request, whichever is later.
Late Reporting of Missed Punches: Employees are responsible for promptly reporting missed punches within 30 days of pay period
