Parent Breakfast Survey
Our school has been invited to participate in a research study conducted by Lori Andersen, an Assistant Professor at Utah State University and several other statewide partners (Utahns Against Hunger and USU Extension). The purpose of this research is to understanding parent perspectives of school breakfast. If you choose to participate, this voluntary survey will take approximate 15 minutes to complete.
